Surgeon Pinhead
There’s this deleted scene in Hellraiser 2 where Pinhead and Deep Throat dress as doctors, but while it’s not in the movie it was on a TON of the posters. I thought it’d be an interesting variation and more importantly an easier makeup since I didn’t have to mount as many pins….
